In the clip, she asked her mom if her skincare routine was expensive and her mom responded that it was super affordable and minimal.

While most of us seem to think you need a ten-step skin care routine to keep your skin looking its best and banish wrinkles, it turns out you don’t.

The 82-year-old mum revealed how she stopped her skin from aging with just three products, and people were so amazed by her appearance they thought she must have had a facelift.

She first used Sorbolene cream as a cleanser, although it is technically a cream, using it to wash your face prevents your skin from drying out.

In the UK it is often known as Aqueous Cream and can be purchased for just £2.69 from Boots.

O next The product her mother used was sunscreen, although she didn’t recommend a specific brand, she noted the importance of using and reapplying it throughout the day, every day.

She said: “Two or three times a day in the summer.

“Just remember to keep this up in the summer.”

Last but not least, the 82-year-old revealed the only moisturizer she’s used in the last 40 years.

She started again Nivea Cream in the blue tub, which you can buy for just £2.49 at Superdrug.

People were quick to take to the comments to share their thoughts and comment on the older woman’s amazing skin, with some claiming she must have had some work done.

One person wrote: “She obviously had a lot of work, facelifts.

Another commented: “It’s the sunscreen!! The sun is the biggest factor in aging. Use all year round, even in winter you suffer from sun damage.”

“She puts it on every day,” she replied.

“And not a single active ingredient in sight. It seems the secret is consistency and keeping things simple to keep your skin happy. She looks fabulous,” wrote a third.

She told Fabulous: “The science is clear that we all have the power to make simple life-changing changes to improve our future – no matter which genetic side we’ve dealt with.

“The reality is that we all sometimes have unhealthy eating habits, such as processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling urban pollutants and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.

“All this does is promote the aging process, but we all have the potential to change this.”

It may be difficult, but try to avoid sugary carbs because they fuel chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing aging.

Collagen, a structural protein that declines with age, can be replenished through collagen-rich foods such as bone broth and lean protein sources.

Meanwhile, a fourth said: “Never tried that Nivea on my face, something about the smell.
