Isabella Cavalli offers a variety of beauty treatments in SKINOLOGYST Aesthetic Clinic UK in Leeds, England.

Speaking to The US Sun, she shared tips for defying the signs of aging.

SUNRISE SKIN CARE

Cavalli is often mistaken for being a decade shy of 39.

She revealed that with limited time to get ready each morning, she chose to focus on her skin health rather than wearing makeup.

“When your skin is healthy, any foundation will look good and glow,” she said.

“I don’t think it makes sense to spend a lot of money on expensive foundations when your skin is congested and blocked, it will only get worse.”

She said her day starts with double cleansing and washing her face with cold water.

“Then I do my ice massage, with lymphatic drainage and Gua Sha,” she said.

“This takes five minutes and you can see the difference instantly.

“Lymphatic drainage massage helps treat headaches and blocked sinuses by relieving fluid build-up and congestion, improving circulation, relaxing the body and boosting immune function.

“It relieves pressure, reduces tension, and effectively supports overall sinus and head health.”

Cavalli said she follows the treatment by applying eye cream and prepping her skin with MediMd toner.

She praised that the toner “minimizes pores and leaves skin soft and hydrated.”

“Then I apply my MediMD brand Stem Cell serum, which stimulates dermal regeneration, increases skin cell turnover and repairs photoaging,” she said.

“I finish my morning skin routine with Barrier Cream and SPF 50 to protect my skin.”

SLEEPING BEAUTY

Cavalli said her daily skincare routine involves protecting and hydrating her skin, while nighttime is focused on “repair and regeneration.”

She relies on retinoids and peptides to combat fine lines, wrinkles and uneven skin tone.

“In my nighttime routine, I cleanse my skin twice after a long day of wearing makeup,” she said.

“I exfoliate once or twice a week, exfoliation is very important.

“After washing my face, I do my ice massage and my lymphatic drainage massage with Gua Sha.

“I take a little longer at night, simply because I find it very relaxing.”

Cavalli said the skin around the eyes is “delicate” and prone to irritation.

She applies an eye cream before thicker creams or serums to ensure the active ingredients can be absorbed properly.

“This sequence helps maximize the effectiveness of the eye cream in treating issues like dark circles, puffiness, and fine lines,” she said.

“Next, I apply my active ingredient, which is tretinoin or other retinoids.

“I finish with active night cream and facial oil.”

Cavalli revealed that she also uses beauty products for her face and neck.

She said those who suffer from puffiness around the eyes can include ice massages with lymphatic drainage or heat packs in their nighttime routine.

Cavalli previously told The US Sun that lymphatic drainage massages helped get rid of her “moon face.”

She said the simple treatment also helps remove toxins from the skin.
