According to the brand, the cream can be used during the day or at night.
It claims to hydrate the skin enough so that the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles diminishes.
L’Oreal recommends cleansing first, then applying eye cream and, finally, implementing the Collagen Moisture Filler Daily Moisturizer.
