Self-taught makeup artist Ali Scharf has helped make Chappell’s visions a reality for many shows and magazine covers since 2023.
They met after her best friend became the 26-year-old singer’s tour manager.
Scharf said she and Chappell are “big fans” of an affordable primer that keeps foundation in place.
