Instead, she discovered a passion for wigs and enjoys mixing and matching different strands of hair.

In a TikTok video, she shared some of her recent Shein purchases, including a long blonde look that cost just £11.

She said: “Trying out some new Shein wigs because I get bored with my hair all the time and I refuse to dye my hair any color other than blonde.

“It made me miss my hair extensions. I feel like a princess

“In fact, it looks quite real.”

She then tried on a ponytail wig and couldn’t believe how much she loved it.

Kristen added: “Ariana Grande hair. It goes really well with my hair too

“I’ll use this.”

Her 840,000 followers were also big fans of her hair.

Kristen previously made headlines when she left school to pursue a career in social media.

She appeared in the BBC Scotland documentary TikTok Queen at Sixteen, which looked at her life as a teenage social media sensation.

The teenager was filmed going into her old school to sign her leaving papers with her mother.

Speaking about leaving school, Kristen said: “I don’t understand why people think this is a bad thing.

“I have my qualifications and people think social media won’t last forever, it’s stupid to leave school.

“If it doesn’t work out, I can go to college at any time.

“I feel like people really try to get involved in your business, especially in education.”
