BROOKE Shields has shared the secret to her full brows at 59, plus the pencil she styles them with.
She shared the hair growth serum she implemented into her regimen as she got older to combat thinning.
As a timeless icon both on the silver screen and off, Brooke is known for her iconic full eyebrows and statuesque figure.
In an interview with Buy today, she revealed how her attitude towards skincare has changed.
“I now see beauty as self-care rather than vanity,” she said.
She admitted that she used to associate beauty routines with “unaffordable luxury and vanity.”
As she got older, she really enjoyed the process beyond anti-aging methods and instead as “me time.”
She shared her favorite products for maintaining her youthful appearance, which included Grande Cosmetics GrandeLash-MD Lash Enhancing Serum, $36.
While many use it on their lashes, Brooke uses it specifically to increase the longevity of her full brows.
She shared that they started to diminish as she got older and found this affordable solution.

She demonstrated in a video with Allure as she applied the product.
The instructions say you should use it at night, but Brooke admitted that she uses it “so-so.”
“I also like to brush up my eyebrows a little without having to use a lot of pencil,” she said.
She explained that the GrandeLash serum is a base for her to “position her brows a little bit” before filling in.
According to the product description, it was made with vitamins, peptides and amino acids.
Because it’s full of antioxidants, expect “longer, thicker lashes” in six weeks, with full results shown in about three months.
After application, let it dry for about one to two minutes before moving on to the next step in your makeup routine.
She doesn’t use a beauty item, but rather a graphite pencil to darken her eyebrows.
For the Blue Lagoon actress, that’s the Prismacolor Ebony Pencil, $6.19.
“I can make it really sharp, and if I have the right smoothness, it will show up on my skin and look like the movement of a brush,” she explained.
She revealed in a 2021 Instagram Reel which was what she used and claimed it was lead free.
She added that when she has tried to dye her eyebrows or use any additional product to bring them back to life, it has ended up looking “weird”.
A makeup artist in Los Angeles instructed her in this trick.
