In it @lynzdargon says, she showed how she made a “volcano” with mashed potatoes and revealed how she used a vase wrapped in aluminum foil underneath and molded the potatoes in it.

The mash turned into a “river” that stretched the length of the table, with Yorkshire puddings and carrots, peas and broccoli standing on either side.

And of course, the scene wouldn’t be complete without the breaded dinosaur shapes that were scattered throughout the mix.

The highlight of the experience was when mom poured hot sauce over the volcano and river.

The mother explained how the whole scene “didn’t last as long as I thought.”

She explained: “About an hour and a half to cook and prepare… and about 10 minutes for them to eat.”

The sauce helped keep the food warm and seemed to be a big hit with the kids.

Many people were extremely impressed by the dinosaur dinner, with one person writing on the video: “Something as simple as this makes for the best childhood memories.”

Another added: “I’m 40 and I would love this.”

And a third commented: “I’m standing to applaud them.”

Your essential guide to eating well every day

We previously shared how a nutritionist revealed the foods that can help your kids sleep at night.

In conversation with Fabulous, Olga Preston, who works at Institute of Optimal Nutrition Brain Bio Center, said: “Food can have a profound effect on your child’s ability to concentrate throughout the day and to sleep well at night, as well as how long it takes them to fall asleep and how long they stay asleep.

“Lack of to sleep affects school performance and our children’s ability to learn and develop, leads to tantrums, irritability due to exhaustion, daytime drowsiness, overeating, depressionand, in some extreme cases, paranoia and hallucinations.

“There are foods that can increase anxiety levels and there are foods that have a calming effect. “Eating the right foods will affect whether or not your child is able to sleep.”

How to save at your grocery store

THERE ARE lots of ways to save on your groceries.

You can look for yellow or red stickers on products that show when they have been reduced.

If the food is fresh, you will have to eat it quickly or freeze it for another time.

Making a list should also save you money, as you’ll be less likely to make hasty purchases when you get to the grocery store.

Buying your own brand can also be an easy way to save hundreds of pounds a year on your food bills.

This means abandoning “better” or “luxury” products and instead opting for “premier” or value-type lines.

Many supermarkets run unstable vegetable and fruit schemes where you can get cheap prices if they are misshapen or imperfect.

For example, Lidl runs its Waste Not program, offering 5kg boxes of fruit and veg for just £1.50.

If you’re on a low income and are a parent, you could get up to £442 a year in Healthy Start vouchers to use at the supermarket too.

Additionally, many councils offer supermarket vouchers as part of the Families Support Fund.

Try giving your child foods rich in omega-3s (essential fatty acids), such as oily fish, including salmon, trout, mackerel and sardines.

Vegan sources include chia seeds, flaxseeds, flaxseeds oilhemp seeds, nuts, seaweed and algae.

Olga said magnesium is a “soothing mineral that aids sleep.”

You can increase your intake by eating dark green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds, beans, lentils, chickpeas and whole grains.

The nutritional therapist said calcium has a “calming” effect similar to magnesium.

She advised that you should eat more kale, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, spinach, molasses, fish with soft bones like canned sardines or canned salmon, sesame seeds, tahini and almonds.
