A WOMAN who was a proud professional wife has revealed how it all fell apart.
Enitz was perfectly happy being a stay-at-home mom while relying on her husband to pay the bills — but her life quickly turned upside down.
On social media, she told viewers that the traditional wife lifestyle wasn’t all it was cracked up to be and warned others not to fall for it.
The mother, who has four children, spent her days at home taking care of the little ones and keeping the house in excellent condition.

But everything came crashing down when her husband separated from her for a much younger woman.
In the clip, she said: “Just imagine: the Trad Wife’s life didn’t work out.”
She revealed that she was now facing hard times as her husband abandoned her – leaving her to rely on food stamps to feed herself and her children.
Not only was she waiting to be approved for government aid, but now she was also faced with trying to find a job.
However, it wasn’t as easy as many might think, as she had a ten-year gap under her belt when she decided to leave her job to care for her children full-time.
Se added: “You have a 10 year gap on your resume, 4 kids that need to be taken care of while he’s living with another woman, so now you’re at the food stamp office trying to see when your application will be approved.”
Despite being in a difficult financial situation, it appears the mother was more than happy to see the back of her partner as she claimed it was not a happy marriage.
In another clipshe said, “There is no man waiting to ruin your happiness immediately and no one is on the way to ruin it either.”
The clip has since gone viral on her TikTok account @emerging motherhood with more than 2 million views and more than 270 thousand likes.
People were quick to embrace the comments, showing empathy for the mother and sharing their thoughts.
One person wrote: “I wish you and your children the best of luck.”
Another commented: “I’m going to be Trad’s wife, but I’ll work part time when necessary. Always have a balance available to you, I would say.”
“Honestly, this is a fear. I’m praying that everything gets resolved, mommy,” wrote a third.
What is a trade wife?
Tradwife (short for traditional wife) is a woman who chooses to take on an ultra-traditional role in her marriage, meaning she cooks dinner and looks pretty while her husband goes to work.
The trend is inspired by the idea of a 1950s housewife.
Many traditional wives choose to dress in the style of clothing popular during this period (think floral dresses and slouchy cardigans).
Furthermore, the values considered important to the traditions are similar to strict Christian values.
Traditional wives maintain that they are not forced into this way of life and believe that their purpose is to be homemakers.
Meanwhile, a fourth said: “Mums are so strong. I’m sorry he wasn’t fair to you and life is unfair right now, but you can do this.”
