Sharing a series of photos of her mini tot sporting her best gear, including a bright pink Juicy Couture tracksuit and cute faux fur sandals, the young mom said she just “wasn’t that kind of girl” to dress like “a baby.” ‘.

Little Romy may only be a few months old, but she already has a huge collection of oversized bows that her parents place on her head, whether it’s a pretty pink Momento or a white bot with silver heart detailing on the front.

The mini tot, who was born prematurely, also rocks denim jackets, stylish costumes, adorable cardigans, and gigantic ruffled socks in every color of the rainbow.

Other pieces from her luxurious wardrobe include a white Juicy Couture top with the iconic logo printed in silver, as well as an adorable Ralph Lauren Polo dress in vibrant yellow – this little number retails for over £90 online.

In fact, Romy has become such a mini fashionista that Geriiee recently announced that her baby has become “a representative” for That Bow Though, an accessories brand specializing in designer bows.

However, as stylish as Romy is, her wardrobe – which sometimes matches her mother’s clothes – hasn’t been to everyone’s taste.

I don’t see how these clothes will be comfortable

After Geriiee (@geriieelambb) posted the clip on TikTok, the video soon reached around 280 thousand views, as well as a series of negative comments shaming parents.

More than 1,000 people gathered to share their thoughts on the outfit, with one thinking it would be uncomfortable for the little one.

”She is adorable. I just don’t see how these clothes will be comfortable, won’t they be too heavy for her?

“Hilarious,” is how someone else felt about her fashion choices.

“At least you’ll be able to spot her from a mile away, the clothes are cute but they’re not worn every day once she starts walking,” someone interrupted.

”Beautiful baby, I would hate for my baby to spit up or have a poonami in those clothes, my girls have already ruined a few clothes with accidents,” another mother laughed.

Fortunately, there was also a lot of support, as kind-hearted social media users rushed to hit back at the trolls.

“Not my cup of tea but do what you want because that’s all that matters and how absolutely beautiful she is,” one fan couldn’t get over the adorable child.

How to keep your baby cool in the heat

Solar safety – here’s what experts at NHS recommendation:

  • Babies under 6 months of age should be kept out of direct sunlight. Your skin contains very little melanin, which is the pigment that gives color to your skin, hair and eyes and provides some protection from the sun.
  • Older babies should also be kept out of the sun as much as possible, especially in summer and between 11am and 3pm when the sun is strongest. If you go out when it’s hot, place an umbrella or parasol over your baby’s stroller to keep it out of direct sunlight.
  • Apply a sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 30 to your baby’s skin. Make sure the product also protects against UVA and UVB rays. Many brands produce sunscreens specifically for babies and young children, as these products are less likely to contain additives that could irritate the skin. Apply sunscreen regularly, especially if your child is in and out of the sea or children’s pool.
  • Make sure your child wears a sun hat with a wide brim or long brim on the back to protect their head and neck from the sun.

Follow these tips to help keep your kids cool and safe during hot weather.

  • Playing in a kiddie pool is a good way to keep babies and toddlers cool. Keep the pool in the shade during very hot weather and carefully supervise children at all times.
  • Run a cold bath for them before bed.
  • Keep your child’s room cool during the day by closing blinds or curtains. You can also use a fan to circulate the air in the room.
  • Keep sleeping and bedding to a minimum. If your baby kicks or pushes against the covers during the night, consider just putting him in a diaper with a single, tightly secured sheet that won’t come loose and cover his face or get tangled during the night.
  • A nursery thermometer will help you monitor the temperature in your baby’s room. Your baby will sleep more comfortably when the room is between 16°C and 20°C.

”Why don’t people just mind their own business! The baby is healthy and happy, that’s all that matters,” recalled another.

”You continue to dress YOUR baby however you want because she is YOURS. and she is just adorable,” wrote one fashion-loving social media user.

After being criticized online for dressing her baby “like a doll,” Geriiee also had a message for her critics.

According to her, little Romy didn’t spend the whole day in the luxurious outfits – they are all just for photo shoots.

“They’re not heavy, and to be honest, she only uses them for photos.

“Then it starts to grow,” she explained.
