MOTHER OF THREE Sam Faeirs has openly confessed that she avoids using any form of contraception.

The TOWIE legend, 33, said she was taking “nothing” to avoid pregnancy and become a mother to another child with her partner Paul Knightley.

Speaking to his older sister and fellow TV personality Billie Faeirs, 34, Sam said: ”I literally don’t take anything now, so I have to be then careful.”

Sharing your thoughts on their podcast, The Sam and Billie Showthe mother-of-three revealed she refused to take the pill – and won’t in the future either.

“I will not take the pill again – ever,” she said, agreeing that everyone responds to contraception differently.

Meanwhile, big sister Billie – mum to Nelly, nine, Arthur, six, and Margot, 17 months – told listeners she had a coil fitted half a year ago.

“Contraception is a very personal thing, isn’t it?” Billie said, adding that the popular form of birth control sometimes left her with “uncomfortable” periods.

”I think I had a very heavy and bad month – and then I had a good month.

“It takes a good year to balance out,” said Billie, who got the coil fitted after giving birth to her third child, Margot.

”I just think it’s very difficult to give people advice – because a lot of my friends had the coil installed and then had to take it out because they didn’t agree with them.”

Sam — whose son Edward recently celebrated his second birthday in style — echoed the sentiment, noting that nothing, in her eyes, guarantees you “100 percent” safety.

”I think if you get a good natural cycle app or something like that, you’ll know when you’re ovulating – but I don’t think anything can be 100 percent.”

The mother-of-three joked: ”I don’t accept anything and obviously Edward is two now – and so far, so good.”

Opening up about motherhood

This isn’t the first time Sam – who is regularly shamed by cruel trolls – has opened up about what it’s like to be a dad.

Earlier this year in April, the 33-year-old TOWIE star took to Instagram seeking advice after Edward, then one-year-old, poked her eye.

Sharing a selfie where she posed in chic Chanel sunglasses, Sam said: “New pain unlocked and never experienced before.

“Edward poked me in the eye this morning…

What are period trackers and should you use them?

Period tracking apps like Clue, Cycles, and Period Diary offer insights into your monthly cycle and can help you get to know your body better. It also suggests when you are likely to be most fertile.

However, as explained the experts at Bodyformpeople should remember “that although menstrual tracking apps can be useful in many ways, they are never 100% accurate and therefore should only be used for light decision making.”

”Because the human body is often unpredictable and each person’s cycle is unique, a period tracking app can never tell you with 100% certainty which days you don’t need to worry about getting pregnant, for example.”

“This sounds dramatic, but I have never felt this kind of pain from being poked in the eye.

“It’s a corneal abrasion. It’s so painful… like burns. Any tips. Sunglasses help a little.”

Just before heading to bed, the mother of three updated her followers on how she was feeling and thanked them for their support.

“I can’t believe how many of you have been through this too.

“I thought I was exaggerating? But it was very painful all day.

“I’m finally going to bed and I hope that when I wake up everything will get better.

“I got drops, sprayed colloidal silver on them, and put some castor oil on them as well.”
