Online fitness trainer Maria has been sharing adorable clips of herself and her baby bump during her pregnancy – which, she recently revealed, is about to come to an end.

In one of the latest updates on the emotional journey – which will see Maria give birth to twins – the mother revealed that sometimes people don’t realize she is carrying babies when they are in the back.

When the guys desperately try to talk to her, the stunning blonde turns around and instantly shocks them, revealing a huge bump – which you can’t see when Maria is facing the other way.

According to Maria, who is already the mother of an adorable boy and a girl, the twins will be born in just five days and the family couldn’t be more excited about the arrival of the new members.

Responding to critics who believe women shouldn’t exercise during pregnancy, Maria explained that it’s exactly the opposite – and that keeping your body moving is actually “very beneficial”.

Upon discovering that the couple was pregnant, Maria stated that she knew they would be twins even before the ultrasound.

For the big day, the mother wore a beautiful light green dress with ruffle details on the sleeves as she posed in front of neutral-colored balloons.
