She revealed that after giving birth to her first child, she was very happy to get out of the hospital and to no longer be pregnant.

However, a few months later, she discovered she had become pregnant again, just three weeks after her son was born.

“I was already 23 weeks pregnant when I found out,” she said.

Jemma gave birth to a daughter just 10 months after her son was born.

Babies born less than 12 months apart are known to be Irish twins, meaning Jemma’s two daughters are technically twins.

The term Irish twins was initially used as a derogatory term directed at Irish Catholics who emigrated to America.

Because Catholics do not believe in contraception, Irish families were often large, with children born close in age.

The two children are now two and one years old and will be in the same school year when they are older.

Sharing photos of the two little ones laughing and playing together, Jemma showed how the pair share a strong bond.

She said that finding out she was pregnant with her second child was a beautiful surprise, but she still insisted that she would not have any more children.

Jemma’s video likely left many speechless as it racked up over 1.5 million views on the video-sharing platform.

TikTok users rushed to the video’s comments section to share their thoughts, with some questioning how Jemma managed to get pregnant again so quickly.

One person said: “Girl how did you want to do this so soon?

“I think I was still wearing diapers at that stage.”
