Megan Styles gave birth to her son, Teddy, at age 14, when her classmates were still stressed about homework.

Despite seemingly having everything stacked against her, Megan now says she has managed to create a beautiful life for her family.

She recently revealed some of the hurtful things people said to her when she found out she was pregnant, which only helped spur her on to create the life of her dreams.

Posting on TikTok, the young mother said people told her she was “too young” and that she would “regret it later in life”.

Some urged her to terminate the pregnancy, but Megan decided to resist despite the naysayers.

Now 21 and a mother of two, Megan and her family enjoy sunny holidays together and are happier than ever.

“Seven years later and we proved everyone wrong my boy,” she captioned the viral clip.

In another clip, the mom shared some of the reasons she loved being a mom at such a young age.

Being “the fun mom” is not only a huge bonus, but experiencing life with your child makes it all worth it.

Megan said she would have changed the experience someday, despite what the haters still have to say about it.

‘Ideal’ age that parents should go on vacation with their children

After sharing her journey on social media, many people praised Megan for being a good mother.

One said: “He couldn’t ask for a better mummy! Such an amazing mother!”

A second agreed: “And he’s so cute.”

“It can’t have been easy being so young, but that little boy seems to be loving life,” wrote a third.

And another wrote: “Being a father is not easy, congratulations on you proving that it is a matter of maternal instinct and not age!

“I was 17 when I got pregnant with my first child and I got all the looks and comments too.”

Responding to a comment, Megan said: “It certainly wasn’t easy, but I managed to escape the social worker before even giving birth and now living our lives like a normal family.”
