ANY parent knows what a nightmare it is when their child is still in diapers but wants to play in the kiddie pool.
Well, Primark has the perfect solution, but run, don’t walk if you want to get your hands on one.
While reusable swim nappies are nothing new, they can often cost you a bit, but Primark’s range of bargains are completely budget-friendly.
The Reusable Swim Diaper comes in two different prints – an aquatic one with cute sea creatures including dolphins and turtles, and a blue version with colorful leaves printed all over it.
The best part is they’re just £5 – meaning your summer holiday just got a whole lot better.
The nappy’s product description on the Primark website says: “From their first swim to family holidays, this swim nappy has your little one covered!
“The perfect beachwear option, characteristics automatic waist closures for quick changes and elastic leg holes for greater comfort during donning and use.
“With a towel lining, it features a colorful leaf print to complete the summer atmosphere.
“Thanks to its reusable design, you can rely on it time and time again, so why not put it in your basket!”
A savvy shopper praised the find on the popular money-saving Facebook group, Extreme Coupons and Bargains in the UK.
Unsurprisingly, other parents loved the bargain and couldn’t wait to get to their nearest store. Photograph one above.
One said: “Great find, thanks!”
A second commented, tagging a friend: “They would be perfect for summer.”
But a third noted: “I think these little inserts, my son is 14 months old and the biggest one they had almost fits and he’s not a big baby either, maybe people might want to buy next size up.”
But that’s not the only cheap find parents have been loving at Primark recently, with a new Disney range hitting the shelves.
The Braehead branch of the bargain store – which bills itself as Scotland’s best Primark – revealed that “Hercules has arrived” last week.
The team showed off the new arrivals in a short clip with shelves full of new stock.
Primark bosses say the hotly-anticipated collection will take your pajamas drawer “from zero to hero”.
They added: “Mount Olympus is a kingdom among the clouds, so we couldn’t think of a better setting for your sweet dreams, which is why we’re offering you these Disney Hercules pajamas!
‘And there’s no need to go far to buy these cotton pajamas as they’re available to click and collect!’
The Hercules shorts set is £11, while the baby pegasus leggings and matching top are £10 each, and the tie-dye to sleep The t-shirt costs £12.
All items are available in sizes XXS to XXL.
And if you’re looking to incorporate some Hercules magic into your everyday outfit, there’s also a three-pack of branded socks on sale for £4.50.
Why is Primark the place to go for bargains?
JUST how does Primark do it? Continue delivering fashionable items at such incredible prices? According to the bosses, it dropped to four points.
- They “sell a lot of items” – thanks to this they are able to save money by buying in bulk for their 191 UK stores
- They “do very little advertising”
- Although their clothes offer the “latest trends,” they “do not use expensive hangers, tags, or labels.”
- And finally, they try to be “as efficient as possible when transporting products from factories to stores”. This includes things like asking “suppliers to package our t-shirts so they’re ready to go straight to the shelf.”
