She makes videos giving advice and being a “name nerd,” but to get a tailored experience, you need to put your money where is your mouth.

She counted The Guardian last year she thinks that the obsession with having a unique nickname – think Litter Martin or northwest – comes from the “desire to stand out”.

“In today’s age of social media, exclusivity is key.

“It’s the first impression people will have of you.

“I think parents are finally recognizing that their choice of name can really dictate the course of their children’s lives.”

Taylor noted that it’s no longer about looking at a list of baby names and saying ‘I like Liam, do you like Liam?’ Yes, let’s name our son Liam.

It’s all about working on your “core aesthetic”.

She has a well-known, albeit very secretive, clientele and includes celebrities, influencers, politicians and athletes.

Despite the high prices she charges in the search for a perfect nickname, she shared three tips to help expectant parents.

1. Home Decor

“Go to your favorite room in the house, look around,” she instructs. “What meaning does this evoke?

“What is the architectural style? What is the interior design style?”

‘I need this’ shoppers cry as Primark launches new £5 baby t-shirts for summer

“What is your favorite object in the room and how do you feel about it?”

2. Wardrobe

“We want to get a better sense of your personal style,” she says.

She suggests choosing three outfits: something you wear every day, something you “would wear to brunch with the girls,” and something you would wear to a wedding.

The New York-based influencer then says to find something in common between the three: “Is it hyper-feminine?

“Is it casual? Is it chic? Is it modern?

“Find some evocative adjectives that describe the feeling.”

3. Music

Taylor says she hopes parents look “beyond” favorite genres and artists and instead “really think about ‘what’s it like when you hear your favorite song?’

“What is the emotion that arises and what are you imagining?”

After thinking about one or all of these elements, she suggests thinking about a character, person, place, or time that “orients you in space and time that really encapsulates the vibe of your entire surroundings.”

She adds thinking about the “core ascetics” and gives the example of the ‘Barbie core’ with the doll representing female empowerment, hot pinkand playful.

The 33-year-old makes a lot of money thanks to her business and went viral a few years ago, and after much speculation about her earnings, she spoke out.

In March, she shared a video with a screenshot of an article that suggested she earn “$10,000 per name” and said, “That $10,000… like, I mean, it’s so comical.

“I have packages that are in high demand Lux price range, but these packages are offered to people who live public lives.

“I’ve been working with them for months on end.”

She said she found the suggestion funny, as she had “never” charged so much for just one name.

“Many of my packages are affordable, so don’t be fooled by these outrageous headlines.”

Unusual baby names 2024

Many parents are opting for meaningful names in 2024, with unisex names on the rise due to their unique element, it is difficult to categorize them.

With celebrities at the forefront of this growing trend, after Ed Sheeran named his latest addition Jupiter Seaborn, and Kylie Jenner who named her newborn Aire – it seems having a unique, unisex name is more common than you think.

Uncommon baby names documented in 2024 include:

  • areola
  • Air

  • Real
  • Attic
  • ori
  • Star
  • Snowdrop
