A MOTHER left people speechless after sharing the reality of preparing her 11 children for school.
Alicia Dougherty, mother of 11, revealed that things can get a little crazy the hour before her kids go to school, which is why she calls it “chaos time.”

During this period, Alicia removes lunch boxes, backpacks and shoes, in addition to separating the children’s medicines, hair and inhalers.
Posting online under the username Dougherty Dozen, Alicia, who is from the US and lives in New York, shared her clip with the caption ‘I call it “Chaos Time.”’
Alicia, who wakes up at 4am to make sure everything is in order for her children before they go to school, said: “Here’s what I do as a mother of 11 children an hour before school starts.
“I exposed his vitamins, medicines, deodorant and powder. I put toothpaste on their toothbrushes.
“I set out lunch boxes and water for the oldest six and then go to the garage to the closets to get backpacks and shoes for the youngest five.”
Alicia then explained that she lines up the children’s backpacks and shoes in order of age, along with their shoes, and then fills the water bottles with ice and water.
Then the busy mom, who previously left people amazed with how she packs snacks for her 11 kids, added, “Then go back to the garage to pack snacks for the youngest five and make sure each backpack has your snack, lunch box, folder, diary, library books and water bottle.
“Then it’s time for inhalers, lotions, hair care and teeth brushing.”
Alicia revealed that when everyone looks “fabulous,” they put on their shoes and backpack, give Alicia a kiss and “head out the door.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @massa_dozenIt clearly left many speechless as it quickly went viral and has since racked up a jaw-dropping 274,000 likes.
Social media users were shocked by Alicia’s morning routine and many took to the comments to express this.
Not only did many describe her as a “hero,” but others said she also deserves to be “mother of the year.”
