A WOMAN has revealed she hates being a mother and regrets having children.

Not only that, but the mother explained that her four-year-old son not only irritates her, but she is also eager to put him up for adoption.

Posting on Reddit, in a parent forumthe anonymous woman, who wrote under the username ‘ImaginationMother689’, opened up about her situation.

Not only did she state, “I hate being a mother,” but she also wrote, “I have two kids, four and one.

“I hate my children. I regret becoming a mother.”

The mother added candidly: “My family brings no joy to my life.”

She then explained: “Everything my four-year-old does or says irritates me to no end.

“I want to put her up for adoption.”

The social media user acknowledged that many other people will feel the same way she did, and she wishes more people would speak out about those feelings.

She concluded: “I know there are many people who regret having children.

“I wish this was more widely talked about.”

Reddit users rushed to the comments to share messages of love and support for the ‘exhausted’ mother.
