A mother has sparked fury after sharing a video of her one-year-old son’s completely backless outfit at Disneyland.
Mother Christina Wait, from Florida, USA, was brutally criticized on Instagram, where she proudly shared the little costume she gave her daughter.

The now-viral outfit, which was widely criticized, included Converse-style sneakers paired with knee-high socks, as well as a Disney-themed backless tulle dress.
Christina, who admitted to having put together the look herself “from head to toe”, completed the little one’s look with a pearl necklace, as well as a Minnie Mouse bandana with the iconic bows.
“Welcome to your life, my love,” the father wrote in the caption of the clip.
The daughter, who was just one year old at the time of filming in 2021, could be seen playing with the long necklace as other Disneyland enthusiasts walked by.
The video, which has had an impressive 1.7 million views, also shared what the now slightly older girl might look like in 2024 during another visit to the popular tourist spot.
Bigger and taller, the girl – who spent more than 100 days at Disneyland – wore a white vest, a red ballerina-style skirt, as well as adorable ruffled socks.

But despite the beautiful transformation clip, all the furious viewers criticized Christina for the way she dressed her then-baby daughter.
Thousands of people turned out in comments in pure horror and shock, where they condemned the mother.
“Girl, dress your son appropriately, tf [the f**k],” read the most popular comment which received likes from around 16 thousand people online.
Another person was equally shocked by the outfit choice, writing: “Firstly why aren’t you putting a t-shirt on your child and secondly a child shouldn’t be wearing anything like that.”
A third commented: ”How on earth is your 4th birthday outfit a little more modest than your first?”
“Absolutely not,” another couldn’t believe what he had just seen.
”Good job blowing up your daughter on Instagram to all the creepers. Great mom,” one social media user told the mother.
Christina, who regularly shares fashion-related content on her pagedidn’t respond to the criticism — however, this isn’t the only thing the mom has gone viral for.
Recently, Christina – whose daughter is called Everleigh – was also criticized for the “crazy” spelling of her nickname.

Children may become anxious or restless about being kept indoors. Plan indoor activities and games.
5. Reassure children
Children can become stressed by the heat. Remember that children take their cues from their parents and guardians, so try to remain calm and answer their questions openly and honestly. Also keep in mind normal bath and sleep schedules for your child.
6. Home Safety/Cooling Tips
During the day, keep rooms cool by closing blinds/curtains, especially in rooms facing the sun. Using a fan to circulate air in the room is beneficial. Review your child’s school’s solar policy.
7. Never leave children unsupervised in parked cars
Even in less threatening temperatures, vehicles can quickly heat up to dangerous temperatures. A child left in a car is at risk of serious heat-related illness or death, even if the windows are open.
8. Stay informed
Listen to local news and weather channels for updates related to health, safety and weather.
9. Know how to identify heat-related illnesses
Look for signs of heat-related illnesses/conditions such as heatstroke, heat exhaustion, cramping, and severe sunburn. If children experience these symptoms, seek medical assistance. Consult the SNS website for a complete list and how to remedy them.
10. Read the NHS guidance for babies
The NHS advises giving your baby a cool bath before bed and keeping sleepwear to a minimum. Your baby will sleep most comfortably at a room temperature between 16ºC and 20ºC, a nursery thermometer will help you monitor the temperature in your baby’s room.
Responding to haters, Christina jokingly said she would be “running to change the spelling” of her name “because milk dotzz [Instagram user] I said it’s crazy”.
The mother, who said the choice was “original”, encouraged people to be kinder to each other.
