In a recent video posted online, the 39-year-old made a wish list for her son with cancer, hoping that kind-hearted people would be willing to donate.

However, the post was flooded with hateful comments from trolls, accusing the mother of begging.

Veronica, who previously admitted to color-coding her children so she could tell them apart, had planned to expand her family even further, but after doctors discovered a worrying mass in her uterus, she was told it would have to be removed.

She said Need to know: “I discovered [the growth] a few months ago and it cannot be safely removed without removing my entire uterus.

“If I keep it, I can still get pregnant, but the fibroid is so large that it would almost certainly cause a miscarriage.

“I absolutely don’t want that.

“If I want more children, I will have to use a surrogate or adopt.”

Veronica, from New York, USA, hopes to have the surgery by the end of July, after it was postponed twice due to her illness.

She said she is scared about the surgery, but is more terrified about the prospect of not having any more children.

She said she initially felt guilty about it, but is determined to “finally” start living her life.

“Now I’m free to have friends and a social life, which is what I want for myself.
