The London-based 31-year-old is known for being a body-positive advocate for promoting all body shapes.

Since giving birth to Rae, Chessie has been attacked by nasty trolls because of her curvier body.

Now that Chessie has discussed her new workout routine to help her feel better, it looks like the haters have even more complaints about her.

Speaking about how frustrating it is, Chessie said: “I’ve received some really nasty comments, all from women, about my body over the last few days and I’ve been thinking about whether it’s worth being on air or whether I should just keep quiet. about it, but it upset me.

“If I were promoting a ‘six weeks of summer’ or ‘blast your bikini body’ kind of thing, then I would give you full permission to hate me.

“But guess what, I’m a mom, three years postpartum, who has found her *strength* again. mini stroke eight years ago and a heart condition that has restricted me in many ways since, like having to have a C-section and recovering from that, I finally feel in control of my health.”

Chessie has been posting body-positive content for eight years to help others feel empowered, but she says not all of her posts need to do that, and we agree.

For someone who has supported women on social media for nearly a decade, it only makes sense that she would receive the same love in return.

She added: “Yes, I feel a huge weight of responsibility to get my message across, but I didn’t feel like I needed to regurgitate what I’ve been saying for almost a decade with every post that showed my body.

“Not every post needs a warning of ‘this is also my body when I’m bent over’, ‘here it is in an ‘unflattering’ light, I’ve shown all of this before.”

She added that she was finally happy with her body and hoped people would stop their negative comments.

She added: “There may be some of you who prefer me at a certain size and I totally appreciate that, but I prefer it when I’m functioning well and can keep up with my toddler rocket…

“When I was smaller I was told I was ‘too big’ and ‘carrying too much weight’, when I was bigger I was told ‘I needed to be half my size otherwise no one would want to work with me’. It just goes to show that it really has nothing to do with how you look, it has everything to do with the person making the comments.

“I didn’t think I’d be here talking about body shaming years later, but here we are.”
