The breed in question is the Cockapoo, which is a cross between a Cocker Spaniel and a Poodle, and Cecilia shared with viewers “the good, the bad and the ugly” traits of the popular dog.

The trainer explained that she has worked with many Cockapoos and said that there is a lot of misinformation out there about them.

Starting with the good characteristics, she said that the breed can be family friendly, as long as it is well trained, and it is hypoallergenic, which is good for allergy sufferers.

She added that they are “very friendly” and are tall energywhat she observed could be a good thing or a bad thing.

Cecilia then went on to discuss the bad things about the breed.

She said that although they can be good family dogs, they can be incredibly high strung.

“This is why I wouldn’t recommend Cockapoos for families with very, very young children.”

Cecilia revealed that the “very, very ugly” side of Cockapoos is that they can be prone to resource guarding, which is when a dog becomes defensive, to keep you away from a certain item, like food or a toy, that they value.

The dog trainer explained that the breed also needs a lot of mental stimulation, as they are very intelligent.

She said: “You need to make sure they have adequate mental stimulation, otherwise you have a problem on your hands.

Cecilia’s video likely touched a lot of people as it went viral, racking up over 109,000 views on the video-sharing platform.

TikTok users rushed to the video’s comments section to share their thoughts, and many disagreed with Cecilia’s comments.
