Many assume that new construction means the house and garden will be of higher quality, but Chloe from the United Kingdom, says this is not the case.

“Do you have an Cool garden?” she asked.

“Or do you live in a new building?”

Chloe then showed footage of her garden and it was shocking.

The grass had become non-existent; instead it was replaced with muddy mud as the lawn became soggy.

The sad sight showed their children’s play equipment sinking into the muddy lawn.

But that wasn’t even the worst part.

“They lay their eggs in moist soil and when the larvae emerge, they feed on grass roots, decaying organic matter, decaying wood, vegetation and grass.

Hundreds of maggots could be seen at the back door leading to his garden.
