‘Absolutely stunning’ people say as woman shows how she transformed her door using £10 on Amazon, buy and DIY

A WOMAN has revealed how she transformed her front door using a £10 Amazon purchase.

Gemma Lee revealed that she has wanted to try the DIY venture for a long time and is “really happy with the result.

Sharing a picture of what your door previously looked like to the DIY on a budget official Facebook page, Gemma revealed that the front of her house was painted dark red.

Determined to give the space a special touch, she used Sandtex paint, in Plymouth Gray, to paint the external walls.

So the DIY genius bought a stamped stencil on Amazon, which you can pick up for around £10.

She placed the stencil on her doorstep and, using black acrylic paint, painted an intricate floral pattern.

To seal the paint, she used Ronseal indoor/outdoor sealer.

“If you’re thinking about stenciling, do it,” she said.

To liven up the area even more, Gemma placed a heart-shaped wreath on the door and an adorable dog-shaped vase on the doorstep.

She also placed two potted trees on either side of the door to add an elegant touch to the space.

Gemma’s DIY transformation likely left many impressed, as her post racked up over 3,000 likes and hundreds of comments.

DIY fans flooded the comments section to share their ideas.
