A DATE was cut short after his potential date wouldn’t stop talking about “Dina”.
At first she thought Dina was another woman, but the truth turned out to be even more disturbing.
Mai (pronounced “may”) Paasewe (@thewekly) told the story of the date gone wrong in a viral video on TikTok.
“I was amazed,” she said of the tour.
Paasewe said the encounter happened a few years ago and the man she was with said he couldn’t do much because of “Dina”.
He went on to say that he doesn’t have much free time since “Dina showed up.”
WHO IS DINA?
After hearing her boyfriend go on and on about “Dina,” Paasewe decided to address the elephant in the room.
“Why would you go out with me if there’s someone at home?” she said.
On the car ride home, her companion couldn’t stop talking about Dina.
Paasewe flatly told his companion to “just go be with her”, making him laugh.
It turns out the man was referring to DNA, just mispronouncing it to sound like “Dina.”
He explained to Paasewe that he received a letter in the mail saying he was a genetic match to a three-year-old child he fathered.
Not only did he have to pay child support, but he was also required to take care of his son for half the week.
Paasewe confirmed that he did not want to continue the relationship.
“We didn’t go on a second date,” she said.
