Sharing a Photograph of her eight-year-old self, she laughed, “It looks like this is on my business card and I’m about to sell you your first house.

“Like, the permanent mullet?

“That was my glamor photo!

“So, you know, I want to say I’ve aged backwards, but I feel like I’ve kind of caught up.

“You know, I looked like I was 40 back then.

“I’m not 40 now, but, I mean, I’m in my 30s and, you know… that sweet real estate agent over there!”

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is a 2008 film starring Brad Pitt and tells the story of a man who ages backwards.

The comments section was almost immediately filled with people commenting on Elle’s incredible transformation, with one writing, “You were the best Avon rep on the block at 8!”

“The fifth Golden Girl,” another laughed.

“That’s Diane from accounting,” commented a third.

My DIY anti-wrinkle cream is all natural – I only need 5 supermarket items, it stimulates collagen and removes age spots

“This is the most fabulous photo ever, oh my God!!” someone said.

“The fact that at age 8 you were the #1 real estate agent in your office,” said another.

“Wow congratulations!”

“Girl!!! I wasn’t ready for that,” someone laughed.

“I’m sorry for laughing,” added another.

“I’m a big fan of you as the school secretary at Ferris Buellers Day Off,” joked someone else.

The biggest beauty mistakes

Fabulous beauty editor Tara Ledden shared the do’s and don’ts when it comes to beauty.

“No matter how much time and money you spend on your beauty routine, if you don’t get the basics right, the rest will be wasted.

“There aren’t many non-negotiables, but these are the biggest beauty mistakes that sabotage your regimen.”

  • Do not use SPF: Sun damage is the main cause of premature skin aging, so if you want to keep your skin looking plump and glowing, sun cream is vital.
  • Using Expired Products: At best, they are ineffective and don’t deliver the results they promise; at worst, they cause irritation and infection. The shelf life of beauty products is different – for example, mascara usually lasts 3 to 6 months, while lipstick can last 9 to 18 months. Check the ‘POA’ symbol on the packaging (it looks like a bottle and will have a number within how many months it is safe once opened. If you don’t remember when you opened the product, throw it away and start over, marking the month and the year with permanent marker on the packaging.
  • Not knowing your tones: If you are using makeup in the wrong tones, it will never look natural no matter how much you blend! An easy trick to find out if you have cool, warm or neutral undertones is to check the veins on your wrist – if they look blue you have cool undertones, if they look green you have warm undertones and if they are a mix you have neutral.
  • Bypassing the thermal protector: It may seem unnecessary, but just like sun damage to your skin, excess heat is the most common cause of hair damage. So if you want shiny, healthy hair, or are trying to grow it longer, using a heat protection product is key.
  • Not washing your face before going to bed: It’s that simple: if you don’t wash your face before going to sleep, everything that remains on your skin during the day stays there for longer, clogging the pores and drying out the surface. Any skin care applied on top won’t be effective with a layer of dirt underneath, and you’ll probably end up with dirty pillows too – yuck!

“I wasn’t ready! It looked like her name was Doris!” another laughed.

Others compared Elle’s photo to Lewis Capaldi, Matt Lucas and Andy Milonakis.

As for the Matt Lucas comparison, Elle said in another video, “I know him from Bridesmaids as Rebel Wilson’s brother in that movie, and, oh, my God.

“But, like, I see — I’m eight years old and he’s wearing a wig, period.”

“Where the hell did your parents get that outfit?” another asked.

With Elle responding: “I honestly think it was a glamorous shirt shot.”
