A CONCERNED woman has shared how her boyfriend landed in trouble after she discovered his personal hygiene habits.

She was thinking about ending the relationship because her boyfriend refused to clean a certain place.

She explained that a discovery about her boyfriend made her throw in the towel.

“I recently found out that my boyfriend doesn’t wash his butt in the shower,” she said.

“We were taking a shower together and I noticed he put soap on [to] his hand and rubbed it gently over his body. He said he uses his hand to shower, not a loofah, washcloth, etc.”

“I also noticed that he didn’t wash his butt. He said that when he’s in the shower the water goes over his butt, and that’s how he washes it.

Despite the shocking revelation, her spirits didn’t dampen – at least not at first.

“I tried to be understanding because maybe his parents never taught him how to bathe properly,” she said.

“I told him he needed to open his face and wash in the crevice. I thought we had come to an agreement that he would do that.”

A few days later, she discovered that she was the one breaking it.

“All this happened on Saturday. It’s now Tuesday and I asked if he’s washed his butt since that conversation we had,” she said.

“He said no, that he thought it was disgusting to stick his hand in there to wash it.

“This time, I’m starting to distance myself from the relationship. [In my opinion]he is a grown man [who] Does not practice basic hygiene.

“In his opinion, he needs time to get comfortable with the idea.

“I can’t tell if I’m being too hard on him or if my desire to end things is justified. Should I throw away the best partner I’ve ever had because of this?”

I told him he needed to spread his cheeks and wash in the slit. I thought we had come to an understanding that he would do that.

Although she was worried that the incident was a superficial reason for the breakup, people encouraged her to give him a nod.

“I remember hearing a girl in college tell her friend how she should attract her. [boyfriend] in the shower with sex so he could shower,” one commenter said.
