Editor Pogochop shared the lawn mishap on the social media platform.

“Neighbor [was] I’m not happy we cut a row of your lawn,” they said.

The Redditor included a photograph of a lawn that had a darkened line down the middle.

They confirmed that both shipyards were affected by the untoward occurrence.

WHAT HAPPENED?

The lawn care fan opened up about what pushed his neighbor over the edge.

After the mowing incident, “he decided to spray the herbicide to make a point.”

The neighbor clearly sprayed it in streaks along the edges of his properties.

However, the Redditor revealed that the problem was now both their problem.

“Are the dead spots on his side or is it half and half?” another Redditor asked.

“Because if he’s half on your side, you should ask him to pay to fix it.”

“Definitely half and half,” the original poster responded.

“AND [I] I’ll consider that the next time I see you because we’re also looking to sell the house soon, so [it’s] It’s not a good look for potential buyers.”

“Not only does it look bad, but it’s a good sign that they would be moving into a house with a jerk neighbor,” another Redditor added.

WHO DID IT AND WHY?

The original poster also talked about who decided to ruin both lawns that day.

“Now it looks terrible, is it shorter than him or is he being petty?” another Redditor asked.

“I always cut it off as soon as my neighbor arrives and he runs away as soon as he hears me too. It keeps the world in balance.”

“I think it’s petty,” the original poster responded.

“Funny, it wasn’t even the owner of the house, it was the son or son-in-law who did it.

“He used stakes with string to mark the line before when this happened previously.

“It’s hard to say honestly when our lawns are sometimes similar in length.”
