A WOMAN who is “proud” to be the wife of a traveler has opened up about her lifestyle.
Ruby Barney, 19, explained that her husband goes out to work, while she spends her days cooking and looking after the caravan.

Posting on social media, Ruby responded to haters who criticized her lifestyle and made sure to clarify her traditional way of life.
In a videoRuby shared how she and her husband “split the bills.”
She explained that “he works and pays for everything”, while she “looks pretty and cooks”.
In a follow-up clip, Ruby responded to a comment that said, “Feels like you’re stuck in the 1950s, women have moved on since then.”
To this, the proud housewife responded to the comment and explained: “I must say, my husband comes home from work and doesn’t need to lift a finger, he doesn’t even take off his socks for himself, because I do everything for him.”
Ruby revealed that because she is married, she wants to do everything around the house for her man, adding: “He goes to work and gives everything to me, so why wouldn’t I do what I can for him?
“I understand that everyone comes from different backgrounds and was raised differently, but that’s how we were raised, and some families need two incomes to make a living these days, but luckily, I’m in a position where I don’t have to deal therefore.”
Ruby then addressed people’s fears about her husband leaving her, as she explained: “My family is more than capable of looking after me, money is not an issue when it comes to my family – my dad has always looked after me , and my mother too.
“That was never a problem. I’ve always had what I wanted, when I wanted it, and how I wanted it, so I’ll never, ever have to worry about that. With or without it, I will always be financially stable.”
