The Sun’s gardening editor shares her top picks

The Sun’s gardening guru Veronica Lorraine shares her thoughts on the discount retailer.
”Aldi has some great ideas at the moment – perfect for adding some sparkle to your garden, whether you’re growing in pots, on the patio, on a windowsill or in raised beds.
”And one of the best things is that they really are quality – they feel luxurious but at an affordable price.”
The professional added: ”It’s also worth spending your money on the decorative glass table. Use it for dinner – or if you’re a little worried about breakage, use it to display your pretty potted plant.
”A lovely feature to brighten up a dark corner – or to sit back and relax as you sip your tea and gaze lovingly at your garden. ”
Veronica continued: ”Speaking of dark corners, the Fuschias from the supermarket are flowering beautifully at the moment – and the great thing about them is that they’re perennial – so they should come back year after year.
”Once you shell out your hard-earned money, it’s the gift that keeps on giving. The perfect way to bring splashes of vibrant color to your outdoor space – whether in pots or in your beds.
”Just be sure to give them an occasional pruning to keep them from getting too woody.”
