A DIY enthusiast has revealed how they transformed their old Lowe’s fire pit.
People praised them for making their home project look “so easy.”

They explained that they started with an old Lowe’s fire pit they had owned for two years.
After years of monitoring maintenance with the old bonfirethey decided it was time for an upgrade.
“It was $50 from Lowe’s. I had already scrubbed it with detergent and steel wool several times,” they said.

“[I’ve also] I repainted it with Rustoleum black spray paint over a dozen times.
“In the last six months, though, I’ve gotten lazy and gotten rusty. You can see [the] sand and ash underneath.”
They decided to build their own pit, picking up all the necessary supplies at Lowe’s and hauling them to their car.
The order totaled 60 garden blocks, construction tubes and bags of gravel and sand.
After digging a hole, they filled it with gravel and layered garden blocks around its perimeter.
They continued stacking blocks until they formed a deep pit.
Then they added sand to the desired height and added a bag of “fancy” gravel.
“In fact, its sole purpose is to cover the dirt between the paving stones and the fire pit,” they explained.
After the gravel was laid, they added the grate from the previous fire pit for rainy days.
A simple fire test confirmed that all his hard work was worth it.
People were completely impressed by his craftsmanship and innovative technique.
