THEY work in one of the biggest ball pits in the world.
And while the monthly cleanup takes a lot of time and patience, it also reveals some of the things people missed while enjoying the well at The Upside Down Amsterdam.
Site employees took to TikTok to share a video emptying and cleaning the balls, before vacuuming and putting the clean balls back.
In another clipthey showed some of the lost possessions that remained – some of them surprisingly expensive.
They started with an inhaler, an iPhone, two Apple watches, several vaporizers, a mannequin, a bank card and a bunch of change – totaling 77 cents.
Luxury products continued with Cartier and Louis Vuitton gold bracelets, as well as D&G glasses, Airpods and Samsung Buds.
They also found countless bracelets, a multitude of lipsticks and lip balms, a hotel room key, a bank card, travel cards and maps and even more jewelry.
In addition to many bracelets, they found tons of rings, modeling them to show off their lost possessions.
People were quick to comment on the video, with one writing: “Why isn’t anyone talking about how someone literally lost their PHONE???”
“No way those Cartier bracelets fell like that!!!” another laughed, pointing out that the £7,050 Love bracelets come with a screwdriver to undo – meaning they’re made to stand the test of time.
“I would have those bracelets!” someone laughed.
“Do you have any lost and found of these things or do you just leave them?” another asked.
“Yes! We have a document with all the lost items and when we have correspondence we will contact the owners”, they replied.
“I need to work here!” someone joked.
“I felt really bad for the person with the inhaler,” commented another.
“I would be so mad if I lost my steam there,” sighed another person.
“Bro, I’m going to buy a ball pit just for the merchandise,” another laughed.
