PEOPLE were shocked by the unconventional names Americans gave their babies.
Many declared that it was necessary to introduce laws to prevent future “horrible” names from falling on unlucky children.
Editor Any_Author_5951 shared the babies’ names in a viral post.
“A teacher’s worst nightmare… most unpronounceable names ever?” they said.
Although the names were strange to them, they hoped they would seem less strange to others.
“If anyone has heard any of these names, please let me know,” they said.
“I don’t watch much TV except Mickey Mouse and Sesame Street, so maybe those names are from something,
“I want to emphasize that if the names are cultural, I don’t want to offend. All of the parents’ names are extremely normal, which makes these names even more mysterious.”
The list of strange baby names included Vancrosous Astaroth, F-nson S, Miikawaadizi Josephine, Kakashi Kaiya Hatake, Miinaande Kaladyn Kayne and Allggie Daniel.
Unfortunately for the educator, other viewers were equally, if not more, confused.
“Vancrous Astaroth sounds like a rare but horrible disease,” said one commenter.
“Like ‘the poor man just withered away from an aggressive form of Vancrousous Astaroth.'”
“Vancrosis looks like some kind of rapidly evolving degenerative disease. Or one of the stages of human decomposition. Damn,” agreed another.
One viewer was not happy to recognize the origin of the unique name.
“I’m sorry, ASTAROTH??? As in SOLOMON’S FUCKING LESSER KEY OF HELL?” they said.
“I feel like this is the worst of all once you have that context. It’s the name of a real demon.”

Others have tried to decipher some of the more difficult-to-pronounce names.
“Is the second pronounced Fadashenson or Fhyphenson?” joked one commentator.
“Eff-in-Son,” said another.
“This country really needs to make laws about naming children,” said one exasperated commenter.
“It is clear that the Americans cannot be trusted with anything.”
“I agree and I’m American,” the Redditor responded.
“Please make a law! A list of forbidden names, something to help innocent babies.”
