IF you have a dog, you’ll need to take it to your nearest Aldi ASAP.
We all love Aldi, right? Not just for the cheap food and stupid purchases, but also for the impressive middle aisle that keeps giving and giving a series of random things you never knew you needed.
But now, Aldi has revealed the latest items to hit the mid-aisle and shoppers are overjoyed.
This week Aldi is hosting a Pet Event, so if your dog needs a new pet or some toys, you’re in luck.
Posting on social media, Aldi gave shoppers an up-close look at the new arrivals and wrote: “Some of the products arriving in the Aldi aisle this week.”
Alongside the video, the network wrote, “We have some PAWfect finds for your furry friends this week!
‘Shop our pet event in store now!’
If you want to ensure your dog stays entertained outdoors this summer, you’ll need to pick up the new scented bubbles for dogs.
They cost just £1.49 and come in three different flavors – bacon sizzler, smoked bacon and BBQ chicken.
Plus, there’s also a selection of dog toys, all costing just £3.99.
There’s a donut, ice cream cone, watermelon and cactus – all of which will definitely leave your dog impressed.
And if that wasn’t enough, if your dog has torn the bed to shreds, there are a range of small but impressive plush beds for just £12.99 each.
The TikTok clip, which was posted on @officialaldiuk account, clearly left many speechless, as it quickly racked up 31,500 views in just 17 hours.
Social media users were impressed with the bargains and took to the comments to express this.
When is the best time to shop at Aldi?
WHEN it comes to shopping at Aldi, the best time to do so depends on what you want to buy.
For reduced items – when stores open
Items with red stickers are rare across Aldi’s 830 UK stores, but the supermarket says none of its food goes to waste, so there are some to be found – if you’re quick.
A spokesperson for the supermarket said: “All items are reduced to 50 per cent of the recommended retail price before stores open at their best time or best before date.”
This means you’ll have a better chance of finding reduced-price foods if you go to stores as soon as they open.
Opening hours vary depending on the store, but most open from 7am or 8am. You can find the hours of your nearest store using the supermarket online store finder tool.
For special purchases – Thursdays and Sundays
Special Buys are Aldi’s weekly collection of items that it doesn’t normally sell, which can range from pizza ovens to power tools.
New stock arrives in stores every Thursday and Sunday, so naturally these are the best days to visit for the best one-off specials.
For an even better chance of bagging the best items, head to your local store during opening hours.
However, you don’t need to go to stores to buy a Specialbuy.
They are also on sale online, usually at midnight on Thursday and Sunday, and you can order them up to a week in advance.
As long as you spend at least £25, items will be delivered free of charge.
Remember: once they’re gone, they’re gone, so if there’s something you really want, visit asap
One person said: “Cool.”
Another added: “Good.”
While a third tagged a loved one and commented: “Maybe we need to get the bubbles for Bronson.”
At the same time, a user asked: “When will they hit the shelves?”
To this, Aldi confirmed: “Now.”
Not only that, but another dog owner questioned, “Can dog bubbles be consumed by dogs since my dog keeps drinking the bubbles?”
In response, Aldi responded and shared: “This product is non-toxic.”
