But it’s a reality for 25-year-old Alexandra Hallman after she discovered she could make big money selling photos taken on her iPhone.

She takes photos of her surroundings (typically while traveling) and then sells the images to companies for use in social media marketing, websites, advertisements, and more.
The businessman has made almost £100,000 in the last six months alone.
“Sell your photos to companies – you don’t even have to be in them,” she said.
“Sell that photo. It’s a lot of money.
“Every company needs photos.”
Alexandra has an email template and pricing guide that she sends to “as many companies as she can” to drum up business.
Before doing this, the nomad was trying to pursue a career in the film industry.
“I was barely making ends meet, working three grueling jobs to pay rent and buy groceries,” she said Online Mail.
“I love taking photos and realized that any item, product or surfboard I held over this beautiful bright blue ocean looked beautiful with the view behind it.
“A pair of sunglasses, or a coconut or even a banana – anything.
“I thought, ‘Wow, they look like magazine covers, brands should use that.’
“And brands need photos to sell anything.
“Especially hotels, you want to know where you’re staying.”
