It’s hard not to give in to PEER pressure, but one woman said she had to put her foot down on a 9/11 tattoo.

She explained that she was letting her brothers down by refusing to get a matching tattoo that they all wanted.

Phoebe (@itsphine), a 27-year-old TikToker, spoke about her decision to get tattooed in a video.

Her ten siblings, who make up her family of eight girls and three boys, are all adults living in Nashville, Tennessee.

Her brothers, who are two years apart in age, want to wear the same tattoo, except for her.

“I don’t want to get that matching tattoo, and everyone’s calling me a killjoy and all this stuff, but I’m just not having it,” she said.

She explained that her brothers decided to get the tattoo to commemorate their bond.

“Where you are in the lineup, you get tattooed on your arm, so the oldest would be 1/11, the second oldest would be 2/11, my youngest sister is 11/11, my other youngest sister is 11/ 10,” she said.

Unfortunately for Phoebe, her birthplace earned her a “9/11” tattoo.

“I just don’t really agree with that. Not with that… 9/11, never forget. I haven’t forgotten,” she said.

Phoebe explained that she simply didn’t feel the need to have the tattoo, which could fool others, permanently on her body.

“Would you get a 9/11 tattoo or am I being crazy?” she asked.

The viral video, which garnered more than a million views, entertained his siblings.

“We are all very close and have a great sense of humor,” Phoebe told The US Sun.

“It all started with the two youngest. I don’t have any tattoos, so I doubt they assumed I’d get it anyway!”

“In fact, only three of them have this matching tattoo and no one is really upset.

“They think TikTok is funny. My brother, who is 7/11, also doesn’t have any tattoos and makes jokes about getting the 7/11 logo.

Some viewers suggested ways she could participate in tattooing matching siblings in a deal.

“I would get 11 black dots and the 9th would be my favorite color,” said one commenter.

“Something small and simple because ‘it doesn’t fit in with the others’, but with good reason!”

“Is there time for everyone to switch to a more graphical version? Like everyone has 11 frogs, but for you, the ninth frog is shaded, for example,” suggested another.

Phoebe was impressed with the creative ideas.

“I will present this at the next family meeting,” she replied.
