There’s another reason why shoppers are rushing to Primark this week, and it’s all because of a foldable storage trolley.

The Argyle Street store took to TikTok to take a look at the £18 bargain, which they noted could be useful for “cleaners and make-up artists”, or as a “toy box”, for “picnics” or for storing “stationery”.
In the video, they showed off the light blue folding cart, demonstrating how it folds and opens, as well as how the lid slides inward when it’s open.
“Designed for convenience, this versatile crate features a telescopic handle and four wheels, ensuring you can transport your belongings with ease,” Primark said of the trolley on its website.
“Whether it’s for shopping, kids’ toys or office supplies, this cart is perfect for on-the-go needs. Its foldable design allows for compact storage when not in use, making it a practical addition to any home.

And people in the comments section were quick to weigh in on the newcomer, with many insisting they were desperate to head to their local Primark in search of one.
“Oh my God, no way!” one person commented.
“This will be great for the markets!” another said.
“This would also be good for those who live in apartments,” wrote a third.
The Primark New In TikTok page also shared a video of the cart, showing the cream option.
And once again the comments section was full of people desperate for one of the new features.
“It’s not a desire, but a NEED,” insisted one of them.
“Oh my god, I’m going to get one haha!” another added.
“I need it!!” a third commented.
“Omgggggggggggggg,” someone shouted.
“Cheaper than Amazon”, pointed out another.
Why is Primark the place to go for bargains?
JUST how does Primark do it? Continue delivering fashionable items at such incredible prices? According to the bosses, it dropped to four points.
- They “sell a lot of items” – thanks to this they are able to save money by buying in bulk for their 191 UK stores
- They “do very little advertising”
- Although their clothes offer the “latest trends,” they “do not use expensive hangers, tags, or labels.”
- And finally, they try to be “as efficient as possible when transporting products from factories to stores”. This includes things like asking “suppliers to package our t-shirts so they’re ready to go straight to the shelf.”
