NOT in the mood to cook this 4th of July? We have you.
Don’t spend the holiday in the kitchen; Save time with an easy Trader Joe’s recipe hack.
Editor ReactRunner shared the party tip in a post.

They recreated the American flag on the pre-made cake with raspberries and blueberries.
Blueberries served as stars and raspberries outlined the flag’s stripes.
The quick and easy DIY is done in minutes and can even pass as homemade.
Although the original poster used a pre-made cake from Trader Joe’s, the recipe could be recreated with any store-bought cake.
Many were inspired by the creative and economical dessert idea.
“That’s super cute!” said one commenter.
“I’m not very patriotic, but this is so cute,” agreed another.
“Good idea!” praised a third.
“I support you, OP!” said a fourth.
“It looks delicious and I might try it.”
One viewer added that the idea applies to many holidays, not just the Fourth of July.
They explained that instead of an American flag, they adapted the idea for the Canadian flag.
“I’ve seen this cake many times; I even made a version of it for Canada Day for a Canadian friend,” they said.
“But it still feels like summer, so do it!”
They even shared a pro tip for those with a sweet tooth.
“Make two so you have one to eat after everyone leaves,” they joked.
