A Bridgerton fan, inspired by the Netflix show’s Regency aesthetic, posted a viral video showing how she upgraded her fridge and food.

Lynzi Judish (@lynziliving) shared the video on TikTok, which has since racked up tens of thousands of views.

She explained that she felt motivated to “romanticize my life” after starting the show’s third season.

After cleaning out the refrigerator, she stocked its shelves with gilded frames featuring Renaissance-style photos of royalty, miniature swans, delicate pieces of china, and lots and lots of freshly cut flowers.

Lynzi made sure each food category was stored in a picturesque container, from the wicker picnic baskets that held her fresh fruit, the intricate jewelry box that held her M&Ms, and the pastel-colored clear jugs that held her milk.

Gold ribbons and hardware adorned her refrigerator, completing the desired regency vibes.

Lynzi told The US Sun that the idea was inspired by a previous interior design video and her Bridgerton-obsessed viewers.

“I can’t take any credit for the idea. Some people commented on a previous refrigerator video calling it ‘Fridgerton,’ and that was a lightbulb moment,” she said.

“So I just went with it. I’m a theme girl. I bought a few things, saved up, made some, and then rummaged through my house for things, mostly taking trinkets off my bookshelf.

“There was no real plan other than ‘Fridgerton,’ just a gathering of things that gave me recent vibes and putting as many of them as I could in my fridge,” she admitted.

“I would say I’m a maximalist at heart and I can’t edit, a ‘more is more’ kind of girl, so to speak, so it’s pretty complete. But I love it!”

She added that the response to her project was mostly positive and she was thrilled that her video inspired others to do the same.

“There were a lot of comments that loved it, understanding the humor and whimsy, and some people even created their own refrigerator landscapes in Fridgerton,” she said.

“It was so beautiful to see! There is a sect of people in the ‘This is impractical’ camp, but many of them still liked it and supported it.

“That being said, I would say 20-30% of the comments were negative, from people thinking it’s stupid to wild things like this being a bigger symptom of the times and attacking it.”

When a popular content creator reacted to her video, she explained that a positive mindset helped her overcome the negativity brought on by the video.

“I even had Shabaz says I did a duet, and the comments about it were very interesting.

“I couldn’t even read them after a certain point. My response to that, though, is that it’s not that serious, as much as people would like it to be. While that’s definitely the decoration on my refrigerator, a lot of that landscape refrigerator was supposed to be ironic.”

“I mean, I don’t actually refrigerate jewelry or use lace gloves to decorate. I had to take those stupid gloves off constantly to open things. It was comical. It was just supposed to be fun!”

Viewers flocked to his comments to support his effort and vision.

“I laughed out loud. Fridgerton? Work of art,” wrote one commenter.

“This is so extra in the best way,” said another.

“You got Shabaz right! Now you’ve really done it, I loved every second of it too,” said a third.
