The 30-year-old, who stands 5-foot-9 and weighs 350 pounds, used to struggle with self-acceptance when she was growing up.

She had to endure the pain of vile trolls who labeled her a “whale”.

But now, after learning to express her femininity and regain her confidence, Alex is spreading a message of body positivity to help others who may also be insecure about their dress size.

And the plus-size model is showing off her curves in skimpy bikinis this summer, no matter what anyone thinks.

“My favorite styles are two pieces bikinis It is monokinisbecause they make me feel confident and empowered,” said Alex.

“These choices are not just about fashion, but also about claiming ownership of my body and celebrating its strength and beauty.

“For anyone who feels embarrassed about wearing a bikini, I want you to know that you deserve to enjoy the sun and the beach as much as anyone else.

“Don’t let society’s strict beauty standards hold you back.

“Wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable; be it bikini, monokini or any other style.

“Your body is beautiful exactly as it is.”

I’m plus size, 36XL, and I tried on that viral jumpsuit – I’m really shaken by the fit, my jaw dropped when I saw my butt

Alex, from MiamiFlorida, USA, has already made headlines after releasing a song about plus size women to help them feel “sexy” in their own skin.

But there are still people who cannot accept your positive attitude.

She added: “Unfortunately, I still encounter offensive comments, both in person and online.

“People made cruel comments about my size and appearance, suggesting I should cover up or hide.”

“It’s disheartening, but I’ve learned to prioritize my own happiness and self-esteem over the negativity of others,” she explained.

“Initially, these comments were deeply hurtful, but I refuse to let them define or dictate how I live my life.

“Instead, I focus on the positivity and support I receive from my community and use it as fuel to continue advocating for body positivity and self-love.”

Now Alex aims to continue spreading her message to challenge society’s conventional beauty standards and help people realize that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes.
