On Instagram, Sue shared a touching post dedicated to her 17th child.

“This time 10 years ago, I was in a delivery room and heard that our beautiful baby had no heartbeat.

“I would be induced a few hours later so he would be born silent but perfect at 7:54 in the morning. next morning.

This time of year never gets easier. I can’t believe tomorrow it will be 10 years since he was born,” she wrote.

Alongside the touching message, the mum shared three photos including prints of Alfie’s feet and hands and his grave surrounded by flowers and a cute teddy bear.

In a second post, Sue showed her daughter Heidie helping to clean Alfie’s headstone.

“Heidie is giving her big Brotherthe tombstone of a good cleaning, bless her,” she captioned the Photograph.

The family shared the sad News in 2014 on Facebook, they wrote: “Our beautiful baby boy Alfie Thomas was born in his sleep today at 7:53am. He was so perfect in every way.

Big family, big decisions, the Radfords’ new chapter

“Our hearts are breaking, you will always be a big part of our lives Alfie, know that we love you so much.”

Alfie’s death came almost a year after Sue suffered a miscarriage in September 2013.

The Radfords now call Alfie their “lost heartbeat” and Sue has paid tribute to her late son in a very special way.

Sue previously explained that the reason she has a tattoo of little footprints on her hand is because of Alfie.

She said: “I’ve received a lot of messages and comments asking what the tattoo is on my hand. So I thought I’d post it to show you.

“The tattoo on my hand is Alfie’s handprints and I also have his footprints on my foot. I love being able to always see the prints of his little hands on my hand and that his little feet are always with me wherever I go.”

Sue’s foot tattoo also has her full name, which says: “Alfie Thomas Radford 06.07.2014”.
