SHOPPERS have shared their shock at seeing Halloween decorations already going up in stores and complained that “we haven’t had summer yet”.
A bargain hunter sent in a photo of the Halloween item display at TK Maxx.
O Photograph showed a table filled with spooky-themed items, from a skeleton coffin ornament to skull-themed cups and plates.
There was also a cushion with the slogan “spooky vibes”.
Under the table were blankets and rugs adorned with ghosts.
Meanwhile, the storefront also had an autumnal wreath to hang on the front door.
The shopper uploaded the snap to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK page and wrote: “Tkmaxx Fareham has Halloween.”
Many people seemed interested in purchasing the items for their homes, despite it still being July.
One said: “It’s time…”
Another added: “HOW EXCITING.”
And a third commented: “
However, other people didn’t like the fact that the Halloween items were already on display.
One person pointed out: “For God’s sake, we didn’t have summer yet!!!!”
Another echoed the thoughts, saying: “How sad. Honestly, wishing the year would end. Life is short enough.”
At TK Maxx, the buyer responded: “They start their first Halloween collection every July, and it sells out in August! It’s their tradition.”
