Despite having osteoarthritis, the personal trainer is on a mission to prove that you can look amazing at any age if you commit to putting in the effort.

She often posts videos of herself working out – and also shares photos of herself posing in swimwear.

The active aging advocate believes that building strength is key to staying fit and healthy, and recently revealed that she is not affected by stretch marks or cellulite.

Posting on Instagram, the mother-of-five shared some photos of herself soaking up the sun on holiday and was proud to show off her bikini body.

Alongside the stunning photos, the gray-haired grandmother said: “In my 61 years on this planet, my body has thrown me many curve balls.

“Ves that snake around my right thigh like a garter, 8-10 pounds heavier than I was a decade ago, and some, but not all, are muscle.

“Several miscarriages, stretch marks and loose skin from carrying my five babies, restrictions in my shoulder joints after three surgeries, cellulitis, osteoarthritis, a benign but not problem-free tumor in my back muscles and I just got hit with another curveball, which I will share more about soon.

“No one has a ‘perfect’ body because perfect cannot be defined. Is perfect free from disease?

“I am grateful for this body of mine. It tells the story of my life so far; grief, loss, pain, joy, nourishment, love and my lifestyle. I hope you too can make peace with your body’s bittersweet story , we are all perfectly imperfect.”

Not only that, but in another video from her recent trip, Jacqueline explained that she realized she doesn’t need a “beach body.”

Instead, she needs a body that can take her “to the beach.”

She revealed that she is proud of her strong length and her lungs and cardiovascular system that can keep up.

Jacqueline expressed that “everyone has a beach body when they’re at the beach,” but stressed the importance of “getting there” first.
