CATFISHING came too close for a man scouring Tinder for dates.

He was tricked by his own girlfriend – and then played the woe is me card with her.

Editor catfishingbf told the story in a twist-filled post with the man she was looking at engagement rings with.

She recently discovered that her boyfriend had cheated on her, but after he begged for her forgiveness, she took him back.

Then, just two weeks later, her friend found him on Tinder, clearly still open to infidelity.

“So I made a fake Tinder, called ‘Anne,’” she said. “Anne found it, swiped right, [and] We agreed immediately.”

HANDLE WELL

The Redditor said that early on in the conversation, her boyfriend sent explicit photos of himself to “Anne.”

He asked her to meet him that night for sex at the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.

Preparing him for a dramatic revelation, she entered the establishment, sat down and confessed everything about “Anne”.

Her stunned boyfriend was sitting there with three drinks – because he was hoping to have a threesome with “Anne” and her friend.

“He looks so shocked,” she said.

TIME TO GO

Although her relationship was over, she found herself happier than she thought she would be.

“At one point he actually tried to tell me that he knew I was the one catfishing him,” she said.

“No, he didn’t do that. He is trying to play the victim and claimed he knew I was doing all this to him.

“I actually feel really good about myself right now and I have a crazy sense of rush.”

He contacted her the next day.

“He just texted me and said, ‘Are you still mad about last night?’ I’m not responding,” she added.

THE VERDICT

The post attracted many Redditors who gave their opinion on the matter.

“Reading this was very satisfying,” wrote one. “Sorry you had to deal with a piece of shit like him. Hugs.”

“Oh my God, that was great. I wish you all the best, move on, he doesn’t love you or deserve you,” added another.

“This is incredible,” commented a third. “I’m sorry for you, but you nailed it.”
