“It is essential that women see themselves represented in the media and advertising as this promotes self-acceptance, confidence and a sense of belonging,” she said. The mirror.

Making sure she gets a good night’s sleep and eating a good breakfast every morning is also key for Nina.

For Nina, embracing the changes that come with aging is part of her charm.

“Embracing my gray hair has been easy. I approach aging with gratitude and a positive mindset,” she explained.

The model added that she chooses to focus on gaining new experiences and growing as a person rather than the things she doesn’t like about herself.

Nina said she defines her beauty by how she embraces life, something she does by prioritizing self-care and staying active.

She also shared some advice for anyone struggling with body confidence and noted that sometimes it’s normal to have a hard time loving the skin you’re in.

But ultimately, she asked people to “remember that beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, and ages, and there is no single definition of what it means to be beautiful.”
