A GUY left people in shock after enjoying a bright yellow curry with his new teeth which went completely wrong.
TikTok user Aaron (@aaarr044) took the internet by storm after uploading a video of his companion’s hilarious mistake while enjoying a meal while on vacation.
According to Aaron, who also flew to Antalya, Turkey, his friend bought a new set of veneers to spruce up his smile.
After arriving at the tourist spot, the guy got his hands on temporary plastic cutters and, enchanted by the shine, the pair went out to eat.
But little did he know that enjoying a hearty serving of meaty curry with rice wouldn’t be the smartest move.
At some point during lunch, Aaron noticed something was wrong with his friend’s dazzling smile — and it was far from pearly white.
”This is what happens when you get plastic teeth […] and you eat a Chinese curry,” Aaron said, before revealing the epic fail.
As he lifted his phone, the beauty lover could be seen laughing as he couldn’t get over his now yellow teeth.
Advising others not to make the same mistake, Aaron wrote alongside the clip: ”Don’t eat curry with a high temperature.”
Unfortunately for his friend, who also looked a little mortified by the smile, the stains didn’t come off no matter how hard he tried to remove the grim hue.
“Yellow teeth for two days”, Aaron couldn’t get over the disaster.
Since being posted on the popular platform, the clip has racked up around 605,000 views in just three days, leaving hundreds in stitches.
Although the friend was seen laughing along with Aaron in the video, many considered that he was actually horrified by what had just happened and just tried his best to mask the “pain.”
One person said: “He’s laughing his pain away.”
“You can tell he’s crying inside,” agreed another.
”The man wants to cry ”, they shared their observations.
While others bravely told their horror stories, some shared tips and tricks for removing the yellow stain.
One TikTok user, for example, advised: “Nail polish remover on a cotton swab.”
“I would remove them immediately because there is no life without curry,” said one foodie.
Dentist-Approved Teeth Whitening Tips
ERIN Fraundorf, DMD, MSD, owner of BOCA Orthodontic + Whitening Studio in Missouri, shared her top tips for whiter teeth.
Seek whitening treatment from a professional. It is often the strongest and will be the most effective so you don’t waste your money on a product that doesn’t work or that could harm you. You’ll also only have one set of teeth, so it’s best not to experiment with them.
Consider the cause of the staining. There are numerous causes for teeth to have a yellow or brown tint. Be sure to be evaluated and diagnosed by a professional to ensure you receive the best treatment for your blemishes. Not all stains are the same, so they may require different treatments.
Consider your lifestyle, smile goals, and budget. When choosing the whitening treatment that’s best for you, consider several factors when creating a personalized plan. Some people like to do the homework to lighten at home, some prefer just in-office treatments, some need to get really bright really fast—for a wedding, for example—while others would like a gentler, more gradual, and more consistent whitening approach. .
Make it easy. Start integrating teeth whitening into your routine gradually to get your teeth used to it and you can closely monitor your sensitivity level to regulate how often you can whiten.
Try to prevent it. Make small changes to your lifestyle to prevent stains from getting into your teeth. For example, drink staining drinks with a straw, shake with plain water after drinking anything that stains, and whenever possible, choose plain water over sparkling water.
Floss with water to help with stains between your teeth. Eliminate stubborn stains between teeth with water floss, as toothbrush bristles can only reach part of the tooth surface.
What are veneers?
Veneers are a predominantly cosmetic procedure used to improve the appearance of teeth by eliminating chips, stains, or misaligned teeth.
Although veneers were not designed to be a permanent solution, they can now last up to 25 years with proper care.
Made from porcelain, veneers cover only the front surface of the tooth – they mimic the size, shape and color of your teeth.
How long do veneers last?
According to Revitalize Dental CenterThe permanent style of veneers is expected to last between 10 to 15 years.
They say, “You will need to care for them the same way you would your natural teeth, with one exception.
“It is important to use non-abrasive toothpaste as it can damage the veneers. You should continue to brush your teeth twice a day, including daily flossing.
