A WOMAN who insists she is always mistaken for a high school student finds herself brutally humiliated.

Courtney Petri, believed to be from the US, took to TikTok to proudly show off her youthful appearance – but the response wasn’t what she was looking for.

According to the fashionista, who reckons she looks a decade younger, strangers consistently fail to guess her true age, and many supposedly assume she hasn’t even graduated from school yet.

“I always get mistaken for a high school student,” the woman recently said. revealed in a video.

Delighted with her appearance, the beautiful brunette posted a clip where she states that she usually looks under 18, despite being almost 30.

”Will someone match my freak? He is 27 years old but looks 17.”

Unfortunately for the style lover, who wore a sleek half-up hairstyle, the comments were anything but kind, as TikTok users were quick to point out that wasn’t necessarily the case, in their eyes.

Thousands of people gathered to share their initial guesses – and unfortunately, many insisted that Courtney not only didn’t look 17, but also looked like she was older.

“You don’t look younger than 37,” wrote one meanie, while 68,000 other people liked the comment.

Another agreed, writing: “Looks more like 27, looks like 37.”

Someone joked: “17 years until retirement.”

A quarter noted that perhaps by the remark “high school” people were referring to something else – the school staff.

After taking over the internet for all the wrong reasons, the style lover uploaded another clip where she hit back at the trolls.

”You guys need to relax – my age isn’t that serious.

Speaking of youthful appearance, a woman, who is about to “enter the workforce,” recently made headlines after she was allegedly tagged to buy a hot dog.

”I gave her [the lady at the till] my credit card and she said ‘Oh no, honey, you’re going to need your mom or dad to pay for this.”

Despite the emphasis that the form of payment was, in fact, her credit card, the cashier lady refused to believe the foodie and even demanded to see his ID card.

“I know I’ll be grateful to look young a few decades from now — but right now, I really want to look 20,” the woman groaned.
