When she was eight months pregnant, the mother of one had a maternity photo shoot at a tattoo parlor.

“I was bullied for this on social media,” she said Truly.

“People said he was going to be born with a lot of tattoos, or he was going to have poison on his skin.”

She continued: “It was crazy, I was laughing, but I decided to get them back.”

Shamekia decided to give her son Treylin his first temporary tattoo when he was six months old.

She said that when she started tattooing her son, her family was against it, as they don’t even like her getting tattoos herself.

However, they changed their minds as other kids love seeing Treylin’s tattoos when they are out and about.

She added that she thinks Treyin loves dressing up in fake tattoos because when he sees himself in the mirror he starts dancing.

Shamekia describes her son as a “celebrity,” according to the TikTok account she uses to show off her temporary tattoos @iamnuggetworld561 has 1.5 million followers.

However, he receives a lot of backlash online, from people saying social services should get involved or that he is being “tipped off to prison”.

Shamekia said: “The reaction was horrible, it hurt my feelings because I know I’m not a bad mother.”

Despite the comments, Shamekia said she doesn’t regret covering her son with temporary tattoos.

She said there are no safety risks with temporary tattoos and criticized those who judge her paternity based on videos on social media.
