Ant said: “Growing up was a considerable shame for me. At about 3.5 inches, it wasn’t that small, but it felt a lot smaller than everyone else’s.

I saw a spot similar to a cold sore on my penis, months later it was amputated

“I was provoked school and it made me so embarrassed that I hadn’t sex until age 21. I would be embarrassed if the condom slipped off because my penis was too small to keep it on.

He continued, “I use more than just this part of my anatomy in my relationship with my beautiful wife.”

“When I grew up, it was known that six or four inches is normal.

“You can anxiety when you put seven in your mind.

“I would not use the term [micropenis] To me, it’s a very specific medical term and I don’t think it’s particularly helpful and I don’t think we should label it.”

The self-help book is filled with real-life stories and Ant’s signature humor.

Shortly after appearing on screen to discuss penis size in October 2017, Ant was hired by a blood testing company Thriva will lead a campaign telling people, “There’s nothing wrong with a little fun.”

The campaign was created to spread the message that people can use home blood kits to track their health.

At the time, he said: “Although playful, it is a serious message.

“We will all be better off if we properly monitor what is going on inside our bodies that we may not be able to see in the mirror.

“It’s something that some people are afraid to approach, even if a small prick was enough.

“This is the perfect way to spread the word about good physical and mental health.”

NHS tips to add inches to your penis

WORRIED about the size of your manhood?

There are some things you can do to help.

According to the NHS, there are some simple – and painless – ways to add the illusion of a few extra inches. These are:

  • Trim your pubes – if you’ve heard the saying “cut the grass to make the tree look bigger”, trimming your pubic hair can do just that.
  • Banish the beer belly – losing weight is a great way to make your child look bigger. It won’t look as impressive if you have a beer belly hanging over it.
  • Get in shape – Getting fit will not only make you look better, but you will also feel better. It goes without saying that if you feel sexy, your love life will benefit too.
