MANY brides know that finding their wedding dress and clothes can be one of the most expensive parts of the wedding.
However, one savvy woman decided she would save some money by visiting the lesser-known bridal floor of a famous charity shop.

TikTok User @noivalantics visited Oxfam in Kingston, where there’s a secret wedding dress upstairs, and told people to “RUN, DON’T WALK” when she made some incredible discoveries.
She shared: “I called Oxfam Kingston and made an appointment for their secret bridal shop upstairs.
“I had the whole room to myself for an hour before someone else entered.
“I can’t believe how many beautiful, affordable dresses I found in such good condition: wedding dresseswedding guest dresses, civil ceremony dresses and all other bridal wardrobe stuff.
The bride shared how the dresses were organized by style and ranged from £70 to £250.
She showed off the first “stunning number” she chose, which was a white dress with a corset top.
The woman continued, “I’m thinking about turning it into just a corset and a silk skirt to wear with it.
“Possibly for my homecoming party.”
She then found a £12 veil which she ended up not buying, but later regretted as it would have been perfect for her “civil ceremony or hen party”.
She also regretted not buying a white halter dress with a pretty floral bow for her honeymoon or bridal shower.
However, she found a beautiful white lace dress that she would wear on her post-wedding vacation with her partner.
The bride wrote: “I bought this to use on our honeymoon that we haven’t planned yet and we don’t even know on which continent or when it will be haha.
“I don’t regret it, it cost <£60.”

After the trip, she concluded that it was a “successful trip”.
The bride said, “I left with two wedding dresses” (one for my civil ceremony and one for my second look) + the dress I bought for our honeymoon AND two vintage wedding dresses.
“The grand total was just £220.
“I’m told the bridal collection runs all over the country, so check online or call to see if it’s still in London.
“If anyone knows any good tailors in London, please let me know!
“I will definitely be back next year to look for a veil.”
Many people were extremely impressed with their findings, with one saying: “Girl, why does EVERYONE look so good on you!!”
Another added: “Absolutely loved everything you chose! You are wonderful.”
