ONE of Britain’s most controversial mothers has revealed she spent her exorbitant sum on surgery to look like her 20-year-old daughter.

Sarah Burge, 63, made headlines a decade ago after spending a staggering £500,000 on 27 operations, plus countless cosmetic treatments, to transform herself into a human Barbie doll.

Since then, she has spent a further £100,000 in pursuit of eternal youth.

The mother of three caused controversy in 2010 when she gave her 15-year-old daughter Hannah Botox in her face.

At that time, Sarah spent an average of £20,000 a year on maintaining her appearance, which began to change at the age of 26.

Now, she’s using discounted Botox to stop her face from aging.

She told Closer magazine that she has access to discounted Botox and fillers due to her job and is determined to “look even younger” than her 20-year-old daughter, Poppy.

“It’s not that I’m jealous of Poppy; I’m pleased that she looks beautiful,” she said.

“But I miss having that youthful glow.

“She is a permanent reminder of how I want to look.

“In fact, I want to look even younger than her.

“I’m addicted to surgery – when you get a taste for improving your appearance and you know what’s possible, you want to keep doing it.”

It was reported in 2012 that Sarah gave Poppy plastic surgery vouchers when she was just seven years old, including one for £7,000 for a boob job.

Poppy hasn’t received the vouchers yet, but her surgery-mad mum insists they are “there if she wants them”.

Sarah even gives Poppy Botox and fillers, including in her armpits, to “stop her from sweating”.

“The way I see it, surgery is empowering, a way to take control over your appearance,” she added.

How to reverse aging in just 2 weeks, according to a royal nutritionist

LONDON-based Gabriela Peacock, who helped the likes of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie prepare for their weddings.

She told Fabulous: “The science is clear that we all have the power to make simple life-changing changes to improve our future – no matter which genetic side we’ve dealt with.

“The reality is that we all sometimes have unhealthy eating habits, such as processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling urban pollutants and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.

“All this does is promote the aging process, but we all have the potential to change this.”

It may be difficult, but try to avoid sugary carbs because they fuel chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing aging.

Now you will only end up gaining weight if you consume them regularly, but your energy and hormone levels will be affected and this will influence how you look and feel.

Whatever your age or health status, it’s never too late to reverse how quickly you’re aging and embrace the energy and vigor of a younger you.

Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C and E, are essential for neutralizing free radicals – the culprits of premature aging.

Integrating a spectrum of colorful fruits and vegetables into your diet provides a potent source of antioxidants.

Omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in fatty fish like salmon and flaxseed, are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.

Omega-3s act as nourishment for the skin, retaining moisture and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.

Collagen, a structural protein that declines with age, can be replenished through collagen-rich foods such as bone broth and lean protein sources.

“Poppy is far from just obsessed with her looks.

“She is qualifying as an airline pilot – she is well balanced and doing very well.”

Sarah is a former Playboy Playmate who owned a swingers club in London in the 1990s.

These days, she divides her time between Spain and Stratford-upon-Avon with her husband, Tony, 64.
